Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the website escapegate-capital.com, the member area and the online training programmes offered by Escapegate Capital SAS.
Article 2 — Access
Access to the site is free. Certain features (training, member area, resources) require account creation and, where applicable, payment. Escapegate Capital reserves the right to suspend access in the event of a breach of these Terms.
Article 3 — Member account
Account creation requires accurate and complete information. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any fraudulent or unauthorised access must be reported to Escapegate Capital immediately.
Article 4 — Online training
Training programmes are sold under the conditions described on the presentation pages. A 14-day right of withdrawal applies, except where the training has been fully started with the buyer's express agreement.
Article 5 — Intellectual property
All training content (videos, materials, exercises) is the exclusive property of Escapegate Capital. Any reproduction, distribution or resale is strictly prohibited.
Article 6 — Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
